ABOUT THE BAND
Taska Barlow has performed from Alaska to Nebraska and Nevada to Nashville. Her music career began in the Pacific Northwest, where she worked as a single act playing guitar before putting bands together and touring. Songwriter Workshops in Nashville, headlining the Alaska SE State Fair, performing on Norwegian Cruise Lines and many Nevada cabarets have fond memories for Taska, but are never more important than each new audience at every performance.

This world-class guitar player began playing music in the Philippines, before traveling the globe, sharing his amazing guitar styling and ‘lightening speed licks’ with music fans everywhere. Albert worked with the best Top 40 cover bands in California before moving to the Pacific NW. It is here that he headlined in the 70’s and 80’s with “Vanilla Manila.” He teamed with ‘The Outlaws’ in 2010, bringing his amazing music mastery in all styles of music to audiences everywhere they perform!
Dave Lee Bassett
Dave Lee Bassett makes the magic happen on his keyboards and synthesizers. Music for Dave began at age nine with several private lessons, including intense training on pipe organ when he was in high school. His performing career began as soon as he graduated. He was already ‘in the biz’ because he’d been in radio broadcast through high school, continuing until 1988. With this excellent base under his wings, his performance schedule and recording events accelerated. He became a full-time pianist for Nordstrom, then began playing at Montgomery Park in Portland, OR. He continues to treat audiences at major hotels on the grand piano entertaining and playing magnificent music. On the band stand with The Party Band, Dave plays a stack of keyboards with a sound module that endears himself to the audience – especially when he winds up on the dance floor with them! What a surprise to find him next to you while he executes his solo on a wireless unit. He plays his keyboard sounds off two iPhones and an iPad Pro, something very techy and different from most piano players! His keyboards are run by controllers: Nektar and Roli (Seaboard Block). Dave’s extraordinary repertoire, improv skills and ability to entertain (with a great sense of humor) make him a solid part of this party band.
